The gold price in Hong Kong went up 13 HK dollars to 5,823 HK dollars per tael on Thursday, according to Bank of China (Hong Kong).

The price is equivalent to 629.07 627.02 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 2.05 U.S. dollars at Thursday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.775 HK dollars.
