Senior Chinese legislator meets Liberian guests

Xu Jialu, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, met Saturday in Beijing with Isaac Wehyee Nyenabo, president pro tempore of the Senate of the Republic of Liberia.

Nyenabo is leading a joint delegation of the Liberian Senate and the House for a China visit from Nov. 19 to 25 at the invitation of Wu Bangguo, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee.
