The government has targeted the full year inflation at below 8 percent this year that will allow further interest rate cut for fiscal year 2007.

According to the Central Statistics Agency report Friday, the consumer price index rose only modestly by 0.34 percent in November alone.

The agency also reported inflation rate in 11 months ending November stood at 5.32 percent.
