The signing ceremony for a 350,000 ton per year polyvinyl chloride project in Yulin was recently held in Beijing. Signatories include the Shaanxi Overline Bridge Surrounding the Bohai Sea Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and the Professional Committee of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Working Committee of the Hi-Science and Technology Healthy Industry of the P.R.C.

The project aims to accelerate the development of the industry in the west.
