NW China court judge found murdered with family and housemaid

A criminal court judge has been found murdered with his family and their housemaid in northwest China's Gansu Province, local police said Wednesday.

Chen Yiming, presiding judge of the No. one criminal court of the People's Court of Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, his wife, seven-year-old grandson and housemaid were found dead at home at about 8:00 p.m. on Monday.

Police believed the four were murdered, but they would give no further details.

Experts from the Ministry of Public Security have been dispatched to help investigate the case.
