The gold price in Hong Kong went down 65 HK dollars to 5,723 HK dollars per tael on Monday, according to Bank of China (Hong Kong).

The price is equivalent to 618.55 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, down 7.02 dollars at Monday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.7665 HK dollars.
