These five markets accounted for 48 percent of total visitor arrivals for the month.

Hotels in Singapore were estimated to register 145.8 million Singapore dollars (about 94.7 million U.S. dollars) in room revenue in November, up 29.8 percent as compared with the corresponding month of last year.

The average room rate (ARR) was estimated at 176 Singapore dollars (about 114 U.S. dollars), an increase of 21.3 percent over November 2005. The average occupancy rate (AOR) reached 92 percent, a 4.1 percentage point increase year-on-year.
