Special envoy of Iranian president visits China to discuss bilateral ties, nuclear issue

Ali Larijani, special envoy of the Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, is paying a visit to China from January 4 to 5, according to Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao Thursday.

Liu told a regular press conference that the Chinese and Iranian sides would exchange views on bilateral ties, the Iranian nuclear issue, and international and regional issues of common concern.
