Chinese FM, U.S. secretary of state talk over phone

Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing on Sunday spoke over the phone with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, exchanging views on issues of common concern.

Li is on a seven-nation tour of Africa to Benin, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Chad, the Central African Republic, Eritrea and Botswana.
