font size

China's first 1,000-kilowatt power generating vehicle for emergent power supply, made by the Harbin Dong'an Generator Group for the Beijing Power Company, was turned out around 10 on Jan. 7. This represents the largest travel power supply in China, which can supply electricity for 10,000 lights each with 100 watts and is renowned as "China's first emergent power-generating vehicle".

This power-generating unit will be put to use for emergent power supply in the national capital of Beijing, so as to help ensure the supply of electric power for the upcoming 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
