China's special envoy to attend Ecuador's presidency handover ceremony

China's Minister of Construction Wang Guangtao will attend the presidency handover ceremony of Ecuador as special envoy of the Chinese government, said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao Tuesday.

Rafael Correa won presidential election in November and will take office on Jan. 15.
