EU commissioner to visit China

Benita Ferrero-Waldner, EU commissioner for external relations and neighborhood policy, will pay an official visit to China from Jan. 16 to 18 at the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing, said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao on Tuesday.
