Chinese Vice Premier urges commercial organs overseas to improve services
font size

Chinese Vice Premier Wu Yi on Monday urged Chinese economic and commercial organizations dispatched overseas to improve their service and better serve the development of China's foreign trade.

Speaking at a meeting of Chinese commercial counselors stationed abroad, Wu said the organs should make more efforts to help Chinese companies bring advanced technology and commercial goods in short supply into the country.

"They should take effective measures to ensure the safety of Chinese people working overseas and improve their emergency systems," said Wu.

China has set more than 200 such organizations overseas.
