China's NPC delegation arrives in Cambodia on official goodwill visit

A delegation of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, arrived in Phnom Penh on Wednesday on a five-day official goodwill visit.

The delegation, led by Li Tieying, vice chairman of the NPC's Standing Committee, paid the visit at the invitation of Cambodian National Assembly.

During the visit, Li and the delegation are scheduled to meet with King Norodom Sihamoni, National Assembly President Heng Samrin, Senate President Chea Sim and Prime Minister Hun Sen.

Cambodia is the second leg of the delegation's regional tour which includes Nepal and Myanmar.
