The gold price in Hong Kong went up 9 HK dollars to 5,891 HK dollars per tael on Tuesday, according to Bank of China (Hong Kong).

The price is equivalent to 634.50 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 1.09 U.S. dollars at Tuesday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.7950 HK dollars.
