Chinese FM, U.S. secretary of state hold telephone talks

Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing held talks late on Tuesday with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in a previously arranged telephone call, exchanging views on such issues as China-U.S. strategic cooperative relations and the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue.
