An impressive 92 percent of Chinese people think China's public security situation is good, up 0.1 percentage points from the same period of last year, according to reports released by the National Bureau of Statistics of China (NBSC) recently.
The people surveyed who chose criminal offences as the greatest public security concern decreased by 5 percent, whereas the number of people who chose transport accidents as the biggest concern was up by 5.1 percent compared to 2005.
