Japan starts 7th round of strategic dialogue in Beijing

China and Japan on Thursday started the 7th round of strategic dialogue in Beijing.

Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo and Japanese Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs Yachi Shotaro headed the two delegations for the meeting.
