Latin America's three major stock markets closed mixed on Friday.
Mexico City's IPC stock index rose by 0.54 percent to close at 27,045.71 points. A total of 193 million shares were traded at 543 million U.S.dollars.
The Buenos Aires stock market closed with the Merval index down 0.22 percent at 2,039.46 points. The trade volume was 12.453 million dollars.
In Sao Paulo, Latin America's biggest bourse, the leading Bovespa index, closed at 44,412 points, down 0.61 percent. The trade volume was 1.346 billion dollars.
