Technicians at Yunnan Observatory debug the optical telescope on January 28, 2007. Asia's largest optical telescope, with an aperture of 2.4 meters, a height of 8 metes and a weight of over 40 tons, has been installed at Lijiang Observation Station under Yunnan Observatory, the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
