Myanmar minister meets Chinese information delegation

Myanmar Information Minister Brigadier-General Kyaw Hsan met with a visiting Chinese information delegation in the new capital of Nay Pyi Taw Wednesday.

The Chinese delegation is led by Cai Mingzhao, deputy director of the Information Office of the State Council.

The two sides exchanged views on bilateral cooperation in the sector of information, agreeing to further enhance such cooperation.

On Wednesday, the Chinese information delegation also visited the office of the state-run newspaper New Light of Myanmar stationed in the new capital.

The Chinese information delegation arrived Yangon on Tuesday on a four-day goodwill visit to Myanmar.
