Giant panda needs bamboo

Panda Qingqing eats bamboo at Wuhan Zoo in central China's Hubei Province on February 6, 2007. A giant panda named Qingqing is the only panda to be raised by Wuhan Zoo. The 22-year-old giant panda needs 50 kilograms of bamboo per day. As the bamboo planted by the zoo is growing poorly, Wuhan Zoo has been forced to seek society's help. Fortunately, the zoo has now found enough bamboo for Qingqing.
