Seoul stock market's KOSPI index ends slightly higher

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) ended slightly higher on Tuesday by 4.15 points to 1,452.96.

The volume of KOSPI was moderate at 215.4 million shares worth 2.4 trillion won (2.55 billion U.S. dollars).

The local currency finished at 938.50 won to one U.S. dollar, down 2.10 won from Friday's close.
