The gold price in Hong Kong went up two HK dollars to 6,278 HK dollars per tael on Friday, according to the Bank of China (Hong Kong).

The price is equivalent to 675.53 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 0.25 U.S. dollars at Friday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.801 HK dollars.
