CPC representative leaves for Russia

Qiu Yuanping, the deputy minister in charge of the Central Foreign Affairs Office, left Beijing for Russia on Saturday.

Qiu will attend the plenum of the Just Russia: Motherland/ Pensioners /Life as a representative of the Communist Party of China.
