The Standing Committee of National People's Congress (NPC), China's legislature, on Wednesday ratified appointments of chief procurators of three provincial-level people's procuratorates.

As decided by the NPC Standing Committee, Yu Shiping was appointed chief procurator of Tianjin Municipal People's Procuratorate.

Cui Wei was appointed chief procurator of Shanxi Provincial People's Procuratorate.

Deng Chuan was appointed chief procurator of Sichuan Provincial People's Procuratorate.

The NPC Standing Committee also decided the appointment of Zhang Zhongwei as vice director of the NPC Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee.
