World's second-biggest tree discovered in Chongqing
A 1000-year-old, 43-meter high keteleeria tree has been discovered in Miaotang village of Wushan county in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality. The circumference of the tree's trunk is so large that it takes 20 adults with outstretched arms to embrace it. The tree is believed to be the second-biggest known tree in the world.
