Chinese president's special envoy leaves for Ghana

Abdul'ahat Abdulrixit, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, China's top advisory body, left here Sunday for Accra, Ghana.

He will attend a commemorating event marking the 50th founding anniversary of the Republic of Ghana, as the special envoy of Chinese President Hu Jintao.
