Chinese FM offers condolences over U.S. tornado losses

Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing has sent a message to U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, extending his condolences over the casualties and property losses in the tornado-battered U.S. areas.

At least 20 people were killed as tornadoes tore through the Midwest and southeastern United States early this week.
