The exchange of fire between Iranian border guards and Afghan border police in Kushak district of Nimroze province of southern Afghanistan claimed the lives of one Afghan and one Iranian border guards on Friday night, Anis writes.

Officials in Nimroze province blamed the Iranian side for the incident, saying the Iranian side opened fire killing one Afghan police and wounding another.
