font size

A photo exhibition featuring the cultural diversity and vitality of contemporary China as well as China's ancient history and customs was held at Jordanian Royal Culture Center in Amman on Monday.

The five-day exhibition, entitled "Harmonious China: Aspirations and Dreams", displayed 74 photos on three topics ranging from China's cultural traditions to China's policy in building a harmonious society and wishes for expanding cultural exchanges.

Chinese Ambassador to Jordan Gong Xiaosheng, Jordanian Minister of Culture Adel Toweisi and guests from the Jordanian government attended the opening of the exhibition.

They enjoyed those colorful pictures and highly appreciated the remarkable achievements China has made since its founding in 1949, especially since its launching of reform and opening-up.
