Li Shenglin, special envoy of the Chinese government, will visit Pakistan from March 18 to 21 at the invitation of the Pakistani government, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang announced on Tuesday.

Li, minister of Communications, will also attend inauguration ceremony of the Gwadar port in Pakistan which was supported technically and financially by China, according to Qin at a regular press conference.
