font size

A public servant with Macao's Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau has been transferred to the Public Prosecution on charges of "resisting authority", according to an official statement issued Thursday.

The statement released by the Commission Against Corruption (CAC) said the suspect, surnamed Lee and aged around 50, was trying to "attack" CAC personnel Tuesday when he was about to be detained for interrogations.

The suspect was earlier found possessing over 50 estate units and three companies, which triggered the CAC investigations, said the statement.
