"Solid legal foundation has been laid since the establishment of SCO. So far more than 400 agreements have been signed in the framework of the SCO, ranging from politics, economic to humanities. The pragmatic cooperation is an important development trend of the SCO," Bolat Nurgaliyev, the secretary-general of the Shanghai Cooperation (SCO) said as he answered the questions from netizens on Friday.
