PLA Hong Kong Garrison congratulates Tsang on his victory in CE election

The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Garrison in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Sunday sent a letter to Donald Tsang, congratulating him on his overwhelming victory in the third-term Chief Executive election.

In the letter, Commander of the PLA Hong Kong Garrison Wang Jitang and Political Commissar Zhang Rucheng expressed their conviction that, with the guidance of the principle of "one country, two systems," under the leadership of Tsang and the HKSAR government, and with the joint efforts of people from all walks of life, Hong Kong will continue to maintain its edges, realize all-round development and create a better future characterized by more prosperity, stability, unity and harmony.
