Hu's special envoy leaves for Senegal to attend presidential inauguration ceremony

Chinese President Hu Jintao's special envoy Han Qide left Beijing on Sunday for Senegal to attend the inauguration ceremony for Senegalese President Abdoulaye Wade.

Invited by the Senegalese side, Han, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, will also attend activities celebrating the 47th anniversary of Senegal's independence.
