A military helicopter crashed in Chishan Town, Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan on Tuesday afternoon, leaving five people dead and three missing, according to Taiwan media.

The helicopter took off from a base in Gueiren Township in southern Taiwan at 15:52, and disappeared at 16:00. At 16:30,
