Chinese vice premier leaves for four-nation tour

Chinese Vice Premier Hui Liangyu left Beijing Sunday for official visits to Holand, Ukraine, Romania and Serbia.

Hui made the visits at the invitation of the Dutch government, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Slauta Viktor Andriyovych, Romanian State Minister Marko Bela and the Serbian government.
