Private banking services now available in Beijing

A private banking branch of the Bank of China (Beijing) was recently opened at Jiacheng Square near Sanyuan Bridge, Chaoyang district, Beijing. The private bank of the Bank of China will look after clients whose financial assets are worth more than US$1 million.

Personal financial advisors will work with wealthy clients to provide them with customized wealth management solutions. Customers must have more than US$1 million in the Bank of China to be eligible for the service.

Initially, the private banking branch will offer 12 investment products, including stocks, trust funds and financial equity options. One of the services that the private bank will offer is advice about what stock what to buy and where to invest money.

Besides the financial investment services offered by average banks, the private banking department of Bank of China provides personal, non-financial services.
