Dollar hovers at lower 119 yen in Tokyo

The U.S. dollar hovered at the lower 119 yen range on Monday in Tokyo.

At 5:00 p.m., the dollar was quoted at 119.26-29 yen, against Friday's 5:00 p.m. quotes of 119.22-32 yen in New York and 118.78- 81 yen in Tokyo.

The dollar moved between 119.25 yen and 119.39 yen during the day, trading most heavily at 119.36 yen.

The euro traded at 159.41-45 yen and 1.3364-3367 dollars, compared with Friday's 5:00 p.m. quotes of 159.50-60 yen and 1. 3372-3382 dollars in New York and 159.40-44 yen and 1.3417-3420 dollars in Tokyo.
