font size

Six family members have been busted for selling drugs in Changsha, capital city of central China's Hunan province, said local police on Monday.

Police say the drug trafficking gang was headed by brothers Liang Cheng and Liang Shunfa. Also arrested were a mistress of one of the men along with a son and his girlfriend and the leaders' brother-in-law. Three other members of the gang who were also arrested were not related to the Liang brothers.

Police also arrested 29 drug buyers and confiscated a variety of drugs including ice, special K, ecstasy and marijuana, valued at more than 300,000 yuan (38,461.5 U.S. dollars). Police also seized drug paraphernalia and two cars.
