Edmund Ho Hau Wah, chief executive of Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China, arrived in Singapore on Thursday evening for a three-day visit to Singapore.

This is Ho's second visit to Singapore as Macao's chief executive, the Singapore Foreign Ministry said.

Ho will meet Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew and Speaker of Parliament Abdullah Tarmugi. He will attend a lunch hosted by PM Lee.

During the stay, he will also receive a briefing by Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry on the new developments in the economic and tourism sectors, as well as visit the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.

Singapore is the last leg of Ho's seven-day Southeast Asia tour, which has brought him to Thailand and Malaysia.
