Xu Jialu, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, China's top legislature, met in Beijing Friday with a delegation led by Fred Riebeling, president of the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia.

The delegation is visiting China at the invitation of east China's booming province of Zhejiang.
