British Prime Minister Tony Blair will pay a one-day visit on Friday to Poland for "short political consultations" with Polish leaders, the PAP news agency reported Thursday.
During the visit, Blair is expected to meet Poland's President Lech Kaczynski and Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski and discuss with them the situation in Europe, the future of the EU and the Constitutional treaty.
He will also exchange views with the Polish leaders on military involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan and a new wave of immigrants to Britain from Poland after Britain opened labour market to Poles.
