The "China human rights yearbook 2000-2005" edited and compiled by the China Society for Human Rights Studies has been published by Tuanjie Press.
This book is a continuation of China's first "China human rights yearbook" published by the China Society for Human Rights Studies in 2000, and it is the second book-making like a cyclopedia, and it tells off the situation with the development of China's human rights.
This book record a series of milestone development of China's human rights enterprises within six years and totally comprises five parts:
The first part is "Law and Regulations", including 174 shares of constitutions, amendments to constitution, law and regulations related with the human rights during the six years from 2000 to 2005. The second part carries "important documents" including the white books, reports, documents about the human rights and the important human rights information announced by the government and the conversation summaries about the human rights announced by officers. The third part constitutes "theory research" about the leading outcome and the basic situation of the human rights theory research. The fourth part is "international communication", which deals with the situation of China human rights' foreign communication and cooperation. The fifth part is "human rights memorabilia", it mainly record the significant issues with China's human rights situation within the past six years.
