font size

The Croatian Embassy in Beijing on Monday held a reception marking the 15th anniversary of the establishment of Croatia-China diplomatic ties.

Zhou Tienong, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and visiting Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic attended the reception.

China and Croatia have witnessed growing political mutual trust and fruitful cooperation in areas including trade, culture, education and tourism since they forged diplomatic relations 15 years ago, said Zhou.

Sine the two countries established all-round cooperative partnership in 2005, the relationship has entered a stage of sound and rapid development, said Zhou.

Grabar-Kitarovic hailed the growing exchanges and deepening mutual understanding, saying Croatia-China cooperation will make new progress in the future.
