Smuggled electronic products seized in HKHong Kong Marine Police and Customs have seized contraband electronic products worth of 34 million Hong Kong dollars (4.36 million U.S. dollars), the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government said on Wednesday. Hong Kong Marine Police and Hong Kong Customs took anti-smuggling operation Tuesday night, when goods were being unloaded from two trucks onto four speedboats at a beach in Sai Kung in the east of Hong Kong. The smugglers abandoned the cargo and escaped in the speedboats. More than 400 boxes of products, including computer disks, servers, integrated circuits, notebook computers, LCD panels, watch parts and second-hand mobile phones were seized.
