He Luli, vice chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, China's top legislature, met in Beijing on Friday with Speaker of Samoan Legislative Assembly Tolofuaivalelei Falemoe Leiataua.

They exchanged views on bilateral relations and exchanges between the two legislatures, according to Chinese Foreign Ministry.
