Gabon striker Henri Antchouet was banned for two years by the Greek Football Federation on Thursday after testing positive for a banned substance following last month's Greek Cup final.
Antchouet was the hero of the match, scoring the winner for Larissa as they beat Panathinaikos 2-1.
The disciplinary committee said in a statement it was banning Antchouet from all competitive and friendly matches and suspending his license as a professional footballer in Greece.
It added that Larissa would not be punished
The banned substance was not named.
