Surinamese vice president concludes China trip

Surinamese Vice President Ramdien Sardjoe left Shanghai on Friday, concluding his first official China trip.

During his six-day tour, he visited Beijing, northwest China's ancient city of Xi'an, northeastern coastal city of Dalian and Shanghai in east China.

Sardjoe made the visit at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart Zeng Qinghong. During Sardjoe's stay in Beijing, Chinese President Hu Jintao met with him on Wednesday afternoon. Zeng and Sardjoe held official talks on Tuesday.
